reflections
I'm in new zealand by the way.

i've just had my second ever steroid injection for a swollen throat. Yes i'm sick again. It's basically chronic fatigue and it's what i had at the start of the year when we performed i knew i loved you on leno. My vocal folds swell up and i can't speak and therefore can damage my voice. If i didn't have to work i'd rest.. But as i'm here on my own doing press in nz i had no choice.
But i'm happy that tomorrow is my last day of official work for 3 weeks. I can't wait for my time off. It's really my first official break this year. Although i'll be writing a little bit and recording demos for my album i'm pretty much free. Just love and yoga for me this month.

this past year has been quite physically demanding for me.. And i'm just run down. Don't worry. I'm going to be well in no time. Thanks for your concern though.

so the olympics.
First of all i was wearing tsubi jeans that were intentionally f*$#&ed up and i loved them. Tsubi is an australian label of tshirts and jeans and i fell in love with them. They're all ratty. I wanted to wear the aboriginal flag tshirt as a symbol of my resect for their culture and struggle.
I'm proud i did.
I did however start to lose my voice during the free show afterwards at the domain... And by the end of the night..i could not speak.
But at least i got through it.
When next i see you i'll be in mexico for our shows there before heading off to europe for the month of nov-dec. Promo and the tour and then peace out!

oh..and i did not shave my chest! I love my chest. We just tidied it up a bit.
